Sustainable Farming in Italy
I’m thrilled to announce that in July 2025, I will be leading students and families on a sustainable farming and learning experience in Italy. Travelers will have the unique opportunity to gain certified STEM credits internationally while exploring the green hills of Southeast France and traveling down the stunning coast of the Mediterranean Sea.

During this journey, all travelers will engage in hands-on learning and receive a certification of STEM Experience Hours in France. We’ll stop in the Cuneo, Langhe, and Liguria regions, where we’ll meet with locals who raise livestock, grow fruit, mill flour, process olive oil, and cultivate grapes. Our group will have the chance to cook a meal with an Italian chef, make cheese with a dairy farmer, and taste the world-famous flavors these regions have to offer.

We’ll conclude our adventure by visiting the beautiful French Riviera, spending a day in the sunny beach towns of Monaco, Èze, and Nice. This experience will not only allow participants to explore new cultures and check off bucket list items but also stand out on college applications.

I’m excited to integrate mindfulness techniques into this travel experience, enabling students and families to fully immerse themselves in the present moment and deepen their connections to the places we visit. By incorporating mindfulness practices, we can create a travel experience that not only enriches our understanding of the world but also fosters a lasting sense of harmony within ourselves and with the Earth.
